  • Conductor: Its conductors are made of Class FS multi-stranded tinned copper, giving them exceptional flexibility to be pulled alongside moving machinery without breaking. The conductor's tin plating adds protection against corrosion in humid or acidic environments.

  • Insulation: Mining cables feature robust insulation materials. Each core features EPR rubber insulation that maintains dielectric properties even under mechanical stress.

  • Outer Jacket: Specially formulated polychloroprene (PROTOFIRM 5GM5) outer jacket. This PCP jacket offers remarkable resistance to abrasive wear, as well as to oils, chemicals, and moisture penetration.

High abrasion and wear resistance: thanks to special PCP rubber jackets (PROTOFIRM 5GM5), which are resistant to friction from uneven surfaces and the action of solid particles. This extends service life on skid roads or belts, where mineral abrasive could wear down ordinary covers.

Maximum flexibility for mobile equipment: The finely stranded conductor and flexible EPR layers allow the cable to be bent and pulled repeatedly without fatigue. They are designed for mining environments where cables are constantly reeled in and out (e.g., hauling vehicles or skidding cables).

Flame Resistance: Feichun mining cables comply with flame-resistant standards to enhance safety in case of fire incidents. Flame-retardant materials and designs are employed to minimize the spread of flames.

Robustness in extreme environments: The thick insulation and robust conductor construction provide exceptional durability. Feichun cables are designed to operate in "tight and hostile spaces" underground, withstanding vibrations and continuous mechanical stress. They also meet advanced safety standards: they are flame-retardant according to IEC60332-1-2 (self-extinguishing in the event of a fire).
