AS/NZS 2802 Type 441 3.3–22 kV Reeling & Trailing Cable Heavy-Duty Flexible Mining & Materials Handling Power Cable with Kevlar® Reinforcement

Product Overview

The AS/NZS 2802 Type 441 3.3–22 kV Semiconductive Screened Power Cable is a Class 1 heavy-duty reeling and trailing cable engineered for mobile power distribution in demanding materials handling and industrial environments. Designed with reduced insulation and sheath radial dimensions compared to Class 2 constructions, this cable delivers a smaller overall diameter and lower mass, making it ideal for drum reeling, festoon systems, and trailing equipment where flexibility and space efficiency are critical.

A key feature of Type 441 is its polyaramid yarn (Kevlar®) braid reinforced outer sheath, providing exceptional resistance against cut-through, tearing, and severe mechanical stress.
