Flexible Single Core EPR/PUR Medium Voltage Reeling Cable 1.8/3 (3.6) kV to 12/20 (24) kV High-Flex Industrial Cable for Reel and Festoon Applications

Product Overview

This flexible single-core medium voltage cable is engineered for demanding mobile power supply systems such as cable reels, festoon systems, and continuous flexing industrial machinery. Designed for high mechanical stress environments, it provides excellent electrical performance, mechanical durability, and resistance to harsh operating conditions including oil, UV radiation, ozone, and moisture.

The cable construction combines high-flex copper conductors, EPR insulation, dual semi-conductive layers, and a robust PUR outer sheath to ensure long service life in both indoor and outdoor applications.

Applications

This cable is specifically designed for mobile and dynamic installations, including:

  • Cable reels (motor-driven and manual systems)

  • Festoon systems in cranes and hoists

  • Mining and heavy industrial mobile machinery

  • Port equipment and container handling systems

  • Industrial automation with continuous movement

  • Outdoor and harsh environmental installations

Cable Design
