Design

    ● Stranded bare Cu conductor, extra-fine wire

    ● Strand structure to VDE 0295,class 6 / IEC 60228 class 6

    ● PVC-insulated cores

    ● Black cores with printed consecutive white number coding

    ● Green-yellow protective conductor (3 cores and over) in the outer layer

    ● Cores twisted in layers,with optimal lay lengths

    ● Fabric lapping

    ● Outer sheath: special PUR,cold-flexible,halogen-free, oil-resistant

    ● Sheath colour: RAL 7001 grey

Applications

This cable meets the most stringent requirements when used in connection with drag chains or as control cable for mobile machine components with ultra-high bending load. The shear-proof, low-adhesion PUR outer sheath and the TPE core insulation ensure a long cable service life.

The PUR sheath provides excellent resistance against mechanical impact along with high abrasion resistance and superior oil resistance.
