Construction Design

This cable is constructed with a multilayer engineered system to ensure mechanical stability and electrical reliability under continuous dynamic motion:

  1. Very fine stranded plain copper conductor (Class 6, IEC/VDE 0295 compliant)

  2. Special high-performance thermoplastic insulation compound

  3. Reinforced central support element for mechanical stability

  4. Inner elastomeric sheath designed for flexibility and damping

  5. Anti-torsion braided reinforcement layer embedded between sheath layers

  6. Outer elastomeric sheath, high abrasion and tear resistant, yellow colour for visibility
