This low voltage control cable for vertical reel applications is engineered for continuous dynamic operation in demanding industrial environments such as cranes, spreader systems, and tender reel installations. A fibre optic integrated version is also available for real-time data transmission and monitoring.
Designed for high mechanical stress, torsional movement, and vertical reeling systems, this cable ensures long service life, stable electrical performance, and high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and environmental exposure.

Construction Design
This cable is constructed with a multilayer engineered system to ensure mechanical stability and electrical reliability under continuous dynamic motion:
Very fine stranded plain copper conductor (Class 6, IEC/VDE 0295 compliant)
Special high-performance thermoplastic insulation compound
Reinforced central support element for mechanical stability
Inner elastomeric sheath designed for flexibility and damping
Anti-torsion braided reinforcement layer embedded between sheath layers
Outer elastomeric sheath, high abrasion and tear resistant, yellow colour for visibility
