RHZ1 (AS) CU OL/2OL is a medium voltage copper power cable with XLPE insulation, designed for fixed installations requiring high safety, fire performance, and reliability. It is halogen-free, low smoke (LSZH), and engineered for power transmission and distribution in modern electrical networks.

This cable is widely used in infrastructure, industrial plants, and utility networks where fire safety, environmental resistance, and long-term durability are critical.

  • Electrolytic annealed copper conductor (Class 2)

  • Compliant with EN 60228 / IEC 60228

  • Optional longitudinal water-blocking (-2OL design)

2. Conductor Screen

  • Thermosetting semiconductive layer for electric field control

3. Insulation

  • XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene)

  • Manufactured using triple extrusion process in nitrogen atmosphere

  • Ensures excellent dielectric performance

4. Insulation Screen

  • Strippable semiconductive layer for improved installation and stress control

5. Metallic Screen

  • Copper wires + copper tape

  • Minimum cross-section: 16 mm²

6. Water Blocking

  • Hygroscopic tape for longitudinal water tightness (-OL / -2OL)

7. Filling

  • Halogen-free fire-resistant polyolefin compound

8. Outer Sheath

  • Polyolefin sheath (ST12)

  • Red color with identification stripes

  • Resistant to environmental stress and UV
