Product Overview

This halogen-free PUR reeling cable is designed for control and power transmission in demanding dynamic applications up to 0.6/1 (1.2) kV. It is engineered for continuous movement systems where high abrasion resistance, torsional strength, and long service life are required. Typical applications include spring-operated reels, cable drums, drag chains, and other mobile energy supply systems.

1. Conductor

  • Flexible plain copper conductor

  • Conformity: better than IEC 60228 Class 5 (“FSC” fine-stranded construction)

2. Insulation

  • Special TPE-E (thermoplastic polyester elastomer)

  • High flexibility and mechanical endurance

3. Anti-torsion Layer

  • Integrated anti-torsion braid for improved mechanical stability during twisting and reeling operations

4. Outer Sheath

  • PUR (Polyurethane) according to EN 50363-10-2

  • Heavy-duty abrasion, notch, and cut-resistant

  • Colour: Black

  • High resistance to mechanical wear and environmental stress

According to DIN VDE 0298 Part 308 / HD 308 S2

  • 4 cores: Green/Yellow – Brown – Black – Grey

  • 5 cores: Green/Yellow – Blue – Brown – Black – Grey

5 cores: Black cores with white numbers + Green/Yellow protective conductor in outer layer
