The (RTS) (N)SHTOEU-J is an extra heavy-duty rubber reeling cable designed for simultaneous power and control transmission under extreme mechanical stress. It is engineered for applications involving continuous movement, including tensile and torsional loads, making it ideal for motor-driven reels, spring-operated reels, drum spreader systems, and hoisting equipment in demanding industrial environments.

This cable is optimized for both indoor and outdoor use and is specifically designed to maintain high performance under abrasion, twisting, and repetitive reeling operations.

Core Identification

According to DIN VDE 0293 Part 308 / HD 308 S2:

  • 4 cores: Green/Yellow – Brown – Black – Grey

  • 5 cores: Green/Yellow – Blue – Brown – Black – Grey

  • ≥5 cores: Black with white numbers + Green/Yellow in outer layer

  • 6-core design: Brown – Black – Grey – 3 × Green/Yellow (interstices arrangement)
